A woman's story
This piece was commissioned by the Museum of Dolls of Nations in Iran to honor a person who dedicated her life to helping children across the country.
Mrs. Soraya Qazal Ayagh is one of Iran’s finest teachers and librarians specializing in children’s literature. She devoted herself to gathering resources and building libraries for orphaned children and those in prison, instilling in them hope for a brighter future. By reading the best books to children, she introduced them to world literature. This artwork is a tribute to her efforts.
